These terms and conditions govern the sale of products offered through the 7Olatu store, a brand owned by INTERGAIAK INICIATIVAS DE DESARROLLO SOSTENIBLE, S.L., both on its physical and digital channels. Acceptance of a purchase implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms, which comply with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, as well as Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and other applicable regulations.

1. General Information

Product sales are managed by INTERGAIAK INICIATIVAS DE DESARROLLO SOSTENIBLE, S.L., with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B01573799, registered office at Calle Prado 11, 3º Izda, 01005 Vitoria-Gasteiz (Álava), registered in the Mercantile Registry of Álava, and contacted by email at info@intergaiak.com or by phone at 688 814 554, in accordance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

2. Payment Methods

Payment for products can be made electronically, by credit card, Bizum, PayPal, or bank transfer. INTERGAIAK guarantees the security of transactions by using secure payment gateways with TLS encryption and strong authentication systems, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2018/389 on Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), derived from the PSD2 Directive. No surcharges will be applied for the use of payment methods, in accordance with Article 60.3 of RDL 1/2007.

We also accept cash payments at the customer service office, located at the Centro de Empresas del Casco Medieval, Calle Las Escuelas 10, Oficina 12, (01001) Vitoria-Gasteiz (Álava/Araba).

3. Product and Sizing Information

3.1. Regarding Clothing and Other Apparel

Our clothing is made with high-quality cotton. It is important to us to guarantee the origin and sustainability of our products.

All information regarding sizes, technical characteristics, and product specifications is available in the corresponding technical data sheet. Please check this information before making your purchase. If you have any questions about the size or product characteristics, you can contact our team beforehand to ensure the product fits your needs.

3.1. Regarding surfboards

All our boards are handmade and made to order. In our store, you can find standardized board models, designed for three levels: beginner, intermediate, and professional. Please check their specifications to ensure their characteristics.

We also make custom boards. To do so, you will need to indicate the specific characteristics of the board (width, length, thickness, etc.) in your order. However, we will contact you to ensure the correct measurements.

4. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, with respect to clothing and other textile products, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing justification.

– The return period is 14 days from delivery of the product.
– The return will be made using the same procedure as the collection of the product.

– The direct costs of the return will be borne by the company.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact us by email at info@intergaiak.com, indicating your unequivocal desire to withdraw from the contract. The product must be delivered by the same means as it was collected.

However, with respect to surfboards, in accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, once the manufacturing process has begun, the right of withdrawal will not apply, as each board is made to the consumer’s personalized specifications.

As a voluntary sustainability measure, we will provide our customers with a Marketplace of pre-owned and second-hand boards, where they can list their boards for sale. We cannot offer a legal resale guarantee.

5. Conditions for Returns

For a return to be accepted, the product must be kept in the same condition as it was delivered, retaining its original cleanliness, labeling, and packaging, and with no signs of use beyond a simple verification of its nature, characteristics, and operation. Returns of used, tampered with, or damaged products will not be accepted.

6. Refund

Once the returned product has been received and its condition verified, 7 OLATU will refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, unless expressly indicated otherwise.
